New Construction Roofing and Siding in Payette

New construction is one of those jobs where you only get one shot to do it right. There's no 'fixing it later' when you're building from the ground up - the exterior has to be installed correctly the first time, or you're setting the homeowner up for problems down the road. We just wrapped up roofing and siding on a couple of new construction homes out in Payette, and both turned out exactly how they should. Each house had its own exterior design, which meant working through different material combinations, color schemes, and siding profiles. One features a warm sage green lap siding with a lighter shingle-style accent at the gables and stone column details at the entry. The other goes darker - a bold charcoal siding paired with white stacked stone accents and a contrasting tan shingle upper section. Two completely different looks, same level of attention on both.

Siding installation on a new build isn't just about nailing panels to a wall. It's about proper sequencing, making sure moisture barriers are set correctly, getting clean cuts around windows and trim, and keeping lines straight across every elevation. When the siding is done well, it shows. When it's rushed, that also shows - usually within a year or two.
